Our Social Work Department focuses on your total living experience at Baptist.
Every resident at Baptist has a designated Social Worker who specializes in assisting with the transition to the facility. Social Workers coordinate with team members in all departments to find successful ways to meet each individual’s care needs and preferences. The Social Work Department is proud to play a big part in assuring all residents and families feel respected, safe and included while at Baptist. Our team offers comprehensive social work assessments in order to identify the myriad of needs we encounter. We believe that in order to successfully support our residents, we must look at each person’s unique physical, emotional, and social needs. Our Social Workers are available to assist residents and families navigate through this new process.
