Talk to the dietary staff members as they carefully ensure that food is appealing to the eye and the palate. Witness the precise and deliberate movements of a maintenance or housekeeping employee as they make sure that equipment is working well and that our building is immaculate. The dedication, compassion and teamwork at Baptist is what makes this community so special. Our staff have been here for many years and consider their work a “calling”.
