Located in Scotia, New York, Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has served hundreds of seniors in our community since opening in 1977.

You will have 24-hours of person-centered care at Baptist from our compassionate and dedicated staff. Being a resident at Baptist provides you will a wide range of opportunties to better your life. Our exceptional physical, occupational and speech therapy staff are available to offer you rehabilitative services to preserve and improve independence, mobility and quality of life for our residents. Our activities staff offer creative one-on-one and group programs that provide you with needed stimulation and socialization. Our dietary staff meet will personally meet with you to discover food preferences and customize their dining experience. We provide our residents with transportation to medical appointments and, when appropriate, aides to accompany them.
