Located in Scotia, New York, Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has served hundreds of seniors in our community since opening in 1977.

Our compassionate and dedicated staff provide person-centered care 24-hours a day. Our exceptional physical, occupational and speech therapy staff are available to offer rehabilitative services to preserve and improve independence, mobility and quality of life for our residents. Our activities staff offer creative one-on-one and group programs that provide needed stimulation and socialization. Our dietary staff meet with residents to discover food preferences and customize their dining experience.  We provide our residents with transportation to medical appointments and, when appropriate, aides to accompany them.
