Explains Dr. Robert Ringler, Medical Director of BHNRC, "We can devote our energies to our residents and offer them a continuity of care that's hard to find elsewhere. We take the time to really get to know all of our residents as well as their families in an effort to provide the best possible individualized medical care.

Having physicians on staff reduces the number of BHNRC residents who need to be admitted to a hospital. Dr. Ringler emphasizes how important this is to the well-being of residents. "They're going to be treated in familiar surroundings by a physician who thoroughly understands their medical history."
