Social Services

Our Social Services Department caters to the needs of residents, their families and responsible parties. The primary focus of our social workers is to help with adjustment to rehabilitative services and transitioning into life at Baptist Health. Areas of expertise include quality of life issues, advanced directives and resident rights. Social Workers strive for continued advocacy, education and maintaining dignity for the residents we are privileged to care for.

The Social Services Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. Tours may be scheduled in advance by calling 518-4700 ext. 130.
