Timothy W. Bartos, President and CEO,
Baptist Health System, Administrator and CEO, Baptist Health Nursing
and Rehabilitation Center, congratulates
the Corporate Board and Membership of the Nursing Center for restructuring
in 1997 and creating Baptist Health System, the parent organization
for Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Baptist Health
System Foundation and Family Medical Care.
These three subsidiary operations, each with their own Board of Directors,
function now under the umbrella of a proud parent.
Baptist Health System is grateful to its residents, staff, volunteers, Board
of Directors, and the many families, friends, churches, individuals
and corporations for the role each has played in making operations
so successful.
Now
we must look ahead to next year and the one after, so we can be better
equipped to meet the needs and challenges of the next century.
There
are tremendous opportunities in the current health care arena to be
of greater service to an even larger population. With God's help,
we shall continue to provide the high quality of care for which we
are noted and continue to seek new opportunities.
